Ashley Lugo, Ph.D., BCBA-D

Co-Founder, Lead Advisor

Dr. Lugo is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral with over 15 years experience in behavior analysis. Her breadth of experience encompasses both the Autism & ABA industry and the healthcare tech industry.  Dr. Lugo earned her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of Nebraska Medical Center and her B.A. in Forensic Psychology and M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. Dr. Lugo held previous faculty appointments at Saint Louis University, Southeast Missouri State University, and Florida Institute of Technology.

Dr. Lugo is the co-founder and Lead Advisor of Aurora Behavior group. She is eager to help organizations develop ways to improve healthcare outcomes on a large scale by optimizing operations, product design, employee behavior, and knowledge.

Her publications can be found in Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis in Practice among other outlets.
